Find balance during the Autumn Equinox with Tibetan Sound Healing & Gong Aura for a special evening of vibrational healing featuring Gongs, Ancient Tibetan Singing Bowls and other ancient healing instruments.

The Autumnal Equinox is a day of equal day and night, marking the start of the autumn season and the halfway point between summer and winter. In many cultures, the Autumnal Equinox is a mythical and auspicious event, and a potent time to conduct healing work. According to Greek mythology, Autumn begins when goddess Persephone returns to the Underworld to live with her husband, Hades. It is also believed during the Autumnal Equinox, one can stand an egg on its end, a mystical sign of balance. It’s a sacred time to seek protection and a clean slate on which to start fresh for the season ahead. Additionally you can tap into its motivational cosmic force to embark on change, and reflect upon your own harvest - what you’ve taken in and what you need to let go of, cultivating a healthy balance to bring the ultimate success you need for an abundant season ahead.

On this special evening, as we trail the shift in seasons, we will soak in the celestial sounds, deep vibrations and healing energy during a lengthy sound soak, where various healing instruments will be moved around the room allowing participants to experience individual energetic healing through sound. This involves sounding the instruments while they are suspended above different energy centres of the body and at times placing them directly on participants' bodies. The power of the celestial energy will magnify and intensify the healing vibrations, melting away all stress and tension to stabilise our body and mind to a place of equilibrium. The evening will also include pranayama, kriya and meditation practices to induce a state in which opposing forces or influences are brought together into one. After this potent experience has cleared our path and brought us to a state of deep equilibrium, we will connect to the wider flow of the Universe through a healing circle. As a group we will use mantra and mudra to tune into the Divine energy that is accessible to all of us and link your essence to the greater minds and souls of the cosmos.

“Revolve your life around the four pillars, solstice and equinox, and everything will be taken care of.”
