Introducing the first in a series of immersive workshops exploring the five senses
Join us for a delightful interactive experience exploring the sense of smell.
In Ayurveda, sensory perception arises from the subtle energy of the five elements - Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space. The nose, the sensory organ of smell is related in function to the earth element within. This workshop will offer a space for you to explore how stabilising the subtle energy of the earth element enhances and awakens sensory perception.
Expect a nourishing multi-sensory somatic experience to stimulate the five senses and arouse one's sense of smell.
This experience includes:
Some gentle seated yoga
A deeply relaxing sound bath to balance the earth element within and release deep layers of tension stored in the physical and energetic body
Learn a powerful pranic vayu breathwork technique to connect to the earth and ground one's energy
Guided by your senses you will take part in a potent aromatic ritual to create a fertile ground for abundance, blossoming one’s desires into reality
You will receive a special gift from POHO Flowers to take home.
This experience will be seated. Please dress comfortably, bring a cushion or two towels for extra comfort during the experience.
