Clear your mind and melt away all stress and tension during this magical workshop combining Yin Yoga, Tibetan Sound Healing and Aromatherapy.

This deeply nourishing 2 hour workshop will focus on balancing Anahata, the Heart Chakra. We will release stagnant physical and emotional energy using an accessible series of Yin Yoga asana synchronised to the calming sounds and deep healing vibrations of the Ancient Tibetan Singing Bowls. The healing energy of the Singing Bowls will deepen and enhance the effects of the yoga asana. In addition to this, the space will be infused with a custom blend of essential oils designed to ease the active mind and support emotional equilibrium. This potent combination will promote a state of supreme stillness and restore balance to Anahata, allowing one to experience an innate joy, inner peace, and harmony in all areas of life.

During the session, the Singing Bowls will be moved around the room allowing participants to experience individual energetic healing through sound. This involves sounding the bowls while they are suspended above different energy centres of the body and sometimes placing them physically on participant’s bodies. Each attendee will also receive one-on-one aromatherapeutic attention during the session where the custom Anahata balancing blend of essential oils will be shared with a healing touch.

The session will close with a guided meditation using a tantric kriya to release and surrender any underlying emotions.

"When Anahata chakra is balanced, you find compassion, which brings kindness and goodwill toward yourself and others. You are able to love without expectations and attachment, from a place of unconditional understanding." Alan Finger, Ishta Yoga

A small bottle of the aromatic blend will be available for purchase at the end of the session.

*No prior yoga experience is required for this session*
