A deeply rejuvenating workshop balancing the seven chakras using yoga asana, tibetan sound healing, visualisation, mantra and meditation.
During this workshop, we will move through a gentle sequence of yin and restorative asana focused on toning and purifying each chakra to increase pranic flow. Synchronised to the deep, healing vibrations and soothing sounds of the Ancient Tibetan Singing Bowls, we will open a pathway to self-knowledge and inner balance, promoting a state of equilibrium and harmony in all areas of our lives.
As we hold each asana and soak in the healing vibrations, we will gradually release prana (life-force energy) from the lower to higher chakras. To enhance the release and unfasten any resistance in the body or mind, the Singing Bowls will be moved around the room to allow all participants to experience individual energetic healing through sound. This involves sounding the bowls while they are suspended above different energy centres of the body and at times, placing them directly on participant’s bodies. This will deepen and enhance the effects of the yoga asana and clear physical and energetic blockages. This potent combination will allow the mind and body to return to a calmer, clearer state.
*No previous yoga experience is required for this session*
