Join us for a rejuvenating 2.5 hour Pilates & Sound Healing Workshop, designed to strengthen your body, calm your mind, and restore your inner balance.
We will begin with an open-level pilates mat session, offering a low impact, full body workout that focuses on core strength, flexibility and alignment. Through controlled movements and mindful breathwork, you will enhance posture, balance, and overall wellbeing while building a deeper connection to your body.
Following this, sink into a deeply relaxing sound bath, where soothing vibrations from ancient Tibetan singing bowls will help dissolve tension, quiet the mind, and promote profound relaxation. This immersive sound healing experience will allow you to release stress on a cellular level, leaving you feeling lighter and refreshed.
The workshop will conclude with a seated meditation, guiding you into a state of inner stillness and integration, so you leave feeling centered, grounded, and renewed.
Whether you’re looking to strengthen your body, reset your nervous system, or simply take a break from the demands of daily life, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to nourish yourself from the inside out.
All levels are welcome. No prior experience in pilates, sound healing or meditation is necessary.
Please dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat and three large towels for extra comfort during the experience. The towels will be used during the session.
*This workshop will be smaller in size than our regular workshops. As space is limited, we highly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment on the day*
