Join us whether you are new to meditation and not sure where to start, or you have some experience and wish to learn new skills to enhance your practice.
Together we will explore a variety of straight forward, simple and effective techniques rooted in ancient yogic traditions to prepare our bodies and quiet the mind to effortlessly ease oneself into a deeply relaxed meditative state.
This class will include gentle pre-meditative asana, pranayama (breathing techniques) and kriya.
*No prior yoga or meditation experience is required*
What you need: a yoga mat or a soft surface (e.g. carpet), somewhere comfortable to sit (e.g. chair, yoga bolster or folded blankets to sit on)
